Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your session booking, you must do so no less than 24 hours before the appointment, within which you will get a full refund. You can only reschedule your appointment if done within 1 hour and 24 hours before your appointment.
You will not be entitled to any refund nor can you reschedule your appointment less than 1 hour before your appointment; you will forfeit your session fees.
